dj black angus is a user and endorser of top-quality Denon DJ professional equipment, and from 2004 to 2005, was one of a nationwide team of ten  Certified Denon Disc Jockeys  (CDDJs) who held clinics and attended trade shows, expos, and DJ equipment retailers armed with the information and desire to train other DJs how to use the equipment.  Denon DJ stands poised to dominate the industry; CDDJs spread that good news, training DJs and pro audio salespeople alike how to take full advantage of the equipment.

The centerpieces of Angus' setup truly fuse form with function, being both aesthetically pleasing and aurally superior: twin Denon DN-S3500 tabletop CD players, and the DN-HC4500 software controller, connected via the Denon DN-X9000 mixer and housed in an Odyssey FDN95000w flight case.  The music is fed into Mackie SRM-450 powered speakers.  He also uses Denon's  DN-HP1000 High Performance Professional DJ Headphones.  To record his live sets and exclusive mixes, Angus uses the Dell Inspiron 9400 laptop computer with Western Digital external hard drives and the Gemini iKey and transports them in the UDG Producer Bag.

*dj black angus invariably travels with backup equipment, in case of unforseen, and unlikely, mechanical troubles: either a Gemini dual deck, or more Denon equipment.
